imagine that, orb members admin on their own server? Why would particle want to have friends he's known for years to be admin on his server? maybe because he can trust us? and because there hasnt been that many mature people that've been around as long as orb has.
When people other then orb members start acting mature then maybe they can get admin. Hubba and GE aren't in orb, neither is snails. But they've proven to be mature. Im not saying orb is the only mature people around, but the ones who are havent really proven themselves to be admins, or particle jsut doesnt know them well enough. If people more people would prove that they are mature enough to handle admin, they'd probably be invited to join orb anyways.
