No, go to autozone and explain your situation.  They'll pick you out a good polish.  I think the one they sent with me was meguires.

Just make sure you get a buffer!

Okay so would that be the same thing as 3M's Hand Glaze and Polish? Or should I seriously go to Autozone? Or maybe Kragen? I know we have a Kragen out here, but I dont know where the Autozone is...
