Mimic killing

What are the exact rules on this? It doesn't seem to be covered in the rules, and I've heard all different kinds of stuff.

Can you mimic kill others who are within 20% of your LVL? Or is it a no tolerance thing?

I'm pretty sure that you cant mimic pk anyone that you couldnt legally before.

So, yes, I assume that you can mimic pk players within 20 percent of your level.

What I usually do in that case is target someone temporarily (as a test) of someone within a few levels of your real target..  if you can target them, go for it =)

The reason I ask is one time I mimic killed someone who was 2 LVLs within me (I was 87, he was 89) and Bonzai jailed me.

Unless there are rules of which I am unaware, that was a fair pk.

Unless, of course, you beamed him to death when he was in a safe zone or something.

Clarification of the rule would be nice. When we had the old admins like Aphex, Pecker, etc...  the rule they had was no mimic killing at all..  I'd like to know exactely what it is since it isn't really explained in the forumn rules. Good subject to bring up..

I was told a logn time ago by Particle. (not exsact words) that it was ok as long as it wasnt overused and it was with in the rules (IE: 3 kills a day and 20% of ur lvl)
