yea no kidding. you guys say your old enough to where it shouldnt matter, how about you be old enough and mature enough where you dont need to say it to act cool. i can understand if the scripts in xpack, 5150, or the global of D*mnit  but you should learn and remember not to use those. hubba also stated that she only puts it on when people start towarding it toward others. ge is the same way and you dont complain about him. you guys are getting mad over something stupid and saying "shes abusing admin powers". haha that makes me laugh

As an Admin, I don't enforce every swear, I dont even enforce periodic swearing. However I do enforce it when its directed to someone in the server or if racial and sexual slurs are said no matter if it directed toward anyone in the server or not.

GE doesn't punish people when you say it once, twice, or even three times. HUBBA does.

GE only jails when it gets out of hand, such as anything offensive to a certain group of people (like f*g or n*gger). Or if it's at an admin, or continous spamming.

HUBBA usually gives 2 warnings, and after that it's a fine or jail. This doesn't seem sensible because "fork you n*gger" might be different than "Well sh*t, he took my sword!". GE takes this into consideration and punishes accordingly, and this is why you don't see "complaints" about GE.

I've said it before and I will say it again. You can have administration of a server completely automated, but it will not work because it lacks common sense and consideration.

Scripts for things like this should not be used.

I don't think I have jailed someone for just saying OH sh-- he took my sword. I have thought about what you guys have said. I have also took what Undergod wrote into consideration and have decided not to use the script, but I will still expect people to keep the swearing  down to a minimum. If you have to swear, swear in #say or #zone. Be respectful about it.

Why did I removed badwords.cs? because it filters far more than just bad words. My favorite example is if somebody is talking about how bob itches.. all I would see is bo#!$!&es... good luck figuring out what that is without asking the person to repeat every other sentence. Also, as for me I don't mind cussing if I'm the only one in the zone or if it was in #tell to me.. but when people global it, especially spam global, it gets very annoying. If you guys want examples of young people who play this server, I believe bobthebuilder is only 10... when I was 10 I never even heard of the word f*** or even knew b****. Why do people even need to cuss in the server at all? It adds nothing to the conversation... you can communicate with actual word can you? :\

 The way I read it, is that you said, everytime someone curses I jump all over them and jail them. I just wanted to make it clear that is not the case. I don't want to flame or argueing with you Frantic, I have said my peace. I see your guys point and have said that I will not use the script. Does not mean that I will let the server get out of hand with the swearing and racial remarks.

I'm pretty sure that everyone here is beyond the idea of cursing making you "cool", so let's try and avoid that..  I guess you had to think of SOMETHING after Jonah's post, though.
