Call me whatever you want, say all the negative things you want, this is a good cause and I don't give a damn how much flak I might take from it. (Frankly, if you have something negative to say about this, then you should just die.)
The guys over at
Penny-Arcade started
this charity last year to put a positive message out there in the media about gamers. We all know that Counter-Strike does not influence us to go shoot up our classmates at school even if we really hate them, but the media does not seem to realize that. Everyone should really consider this, and even as much as I don't care for Christmas, it is still important to give these kids hope because we really do have it great compared to even the best of the kids these toys and games will go to.
