Heh..  I just got on to post this =/   Sad indeed..  it always seems like the writers that are most in touch with existance end up doing this..  the more you understand, the worse it seems to get.

i couldnt believe it when i read it. the impact that he had on writting in the 60's was just amazing. he's probably the most unique writter our generation has ever seen.

I loved Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I havn't read any of his stuff yet..

Anyways, i'm gonna go smoke some weed in his name. I'm sure he would be proud.
