Help!

For my senior exit project, I'm going to make a  4-5 minute long Flash MX presentation. I know to make a movie complete with animated text, buttons, pictures, and movie clips.. except I need a preloader; you know.. like a loading screen before the movie. Anyone know how to create one?

Flash sucks, so I don't use it.  Well, it used to anyway.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

Yeah, unfortunately making a preloader requires a bit of coding... Once I see code I run for cover. I just wish I had the newer version of Flash, it makes creating a preloader really easy. (I have version 6.0 by the way)

flash is yucky. im sure you can find code for it online. google is your friend. or...you can always fnd a site with a preloader and open it with flash and just steal it....

FTP - Food Transfer Protocol. Often used to send cookies to others. I'll use it to piss off people who say that they need new cookies or some such crap.
