[Edit] Dammit, my account at picturetrail.com is expiring... How annoying, you sign up, upload all of your pictures, and then 30 days later they want your credit card number or else. I knew there had to be some kind of catch, nothing is free these days...  :?

Anyone know of a good, FREE, image hosting site?

Gotta love SBC with their 6Mbps tier for 45$
(Yes, on their site it only shows 3Mbps, but it is actually 6Mbps, I would know :)).

Well, I have a solution.  If you have a relative, such as a grandparent that has a broadband connection but does not use it for anything except email and simple surfing, then you could install a transparent ftp hosting program onto their computer and have that computer host your pictures.  

Since I can never get that to work for me, I use picturetrail still.  Even after your account expires, I believe it continues to host the file for you for a month longer.  (btw I have run through like 10 picturetrail accounts already).

Just back up all your pictures so that you are saved when the site no longer hosts your pictures.

Problem: Dynamic IP addresses.

Solution: Get your lazy ass ISP to do the hosting for you.

ex: pages.sbcglobal.net
