Good Trance/House/Techno
« on: May 22, 2005 10:41 am CDT »
I'm in need of some fresh trance/house/techno.  I'm OK on rock and punk, but the other side of my musical pallate is begging for some new content.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

Get... VNV Nation - Epicentre

Industrial Dance I guess.... me likey.

Anyways.. it depends on what you like. If you're like the above electronica nazis.. then:

Paul Oakenfold (Don't listen to kat's blasphemy)
Infected Mushroom
Digweed and Sasha
Aphex Twin
Menomena
Shpongle
The Crystal Method

If you like vocal stuff and what not:

Anything by Milk Inc, Sash, Fragma, Silverblue, Foggy, Dj Encore, Dj Mystik, DJ Sammy, ATB.

Kate Ryan - Scream for more
Molella - Love Lasts Forever
Erika - Save my Heart
Noemi - You

Drums N Base...

Aphrodite - Ready or Not (also check out jungle version)
Dara - Tough at the Top
Ed Rush - Alien Girl
Goldie - Inner City LifeDJ

Might also want to check out some anime soundtracks.. Macross Plus, and Inital D.

I don't realy listen to electronica much anymore, so alot of these songs are pretty old. You should have most of them already. I also copied and pasted most of this from an old thread.

im pretty much going to send him everything you guys just said with the exception of what kenshin mentioned last. vocals ruin the song in most cases.

and anything by oakenfold pre sell out days is good. after that it got too commercial sounding.

Heh..

Anyways, you might also want to check out http://oc.ormgas.com/toplist.php. Beautiful game remixes of all the best games. Not all are electronic remixes though.

Naturally the best songs come from CT, FF6, and the Zelda series.
