Well Hello

Just decided to stop by and say hello to all of you who still play or visit the forums. Been smoking a lot of weed, and then going very sober. Now I'm just working at a coffee shop saving money so I can buy a car when I'm off at college. A lot of other malarkey that's just not worth sharing, so I won't. What's been new around here?

Did anyone understand that? It sounded like he switched grammar patterns on us but..I can't quite make out the meaning. Then again, it's probably not worth trying.
