Continuous harassment and bullying lower remort characters. Attempting to charge 15 Battle Rings a day for harassment-free leveling.
I've gotten multiple e-mails now from two players concerning Celtic16's recent behavior, including some juicy screenshots.
Violated Section 2 Subsection A (spamming a player with the same message over and over, advising this player to quit, etc) and Section 5 Subsection A (harassment) of the PCRPG Rule Set.
Sentence will be 90 mins jailtime, as celtic is well aware of the server rules, and has been warned of his behavior numerous times before.
Puinshment has yet to be enacted, as the player is currently inactive. Update coming when he logs in.
Also, on a side note.. Why isn't Celtic banned? He's a continuous annoyance, and rarely brings anything good to the PCRPG community. Suggest considering it if these type of offenses continue, especially with the lack of a steady playerbase recently, we don't need someone trolling the server consistently. I will push this issue further if his behavior continues, and I'll be sure to inform Celtic of this as well.
