Damn..  I have more time to play while school is in session to play than I do during the summer..

Don't you guys work and malarkey?  35+ hours a week and surfing take up all my time.

I put in the zones he made, so in that respect--I have been.  No, I haven't noticed a lack of noobs, nor am I concerned about it.  I've seen more variation than you could possibly know.  Once summer hits, populations in all servers will explode.  It's just how things seem to work for whatever reason.

When it comes time to put up a server of PCRPC Source, I'll do what I can to motivate people to move.  Source is a very flexible engine--it'll actually run on pretty much any hardware from complete malarkey to the most advanced available (and look pretty good for any tier of hardware).

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

No. Once caboose reaches RL 99, shorty will be off it, and i'll be the one to take it to god and beyond. It actually times out nicely, becuase school is out in just a month and a half, and thats about how long its taking shorty to level him up =\

I will testify for source running well on old hardware.  My laptop, which is a Pentium 4 desktop processor 2.0ghz, 768mb ram, has a really crappy graphics card.  ATI mobility M6.  Let that sink in, it is a really old graphics chip.  Ran HL2 just fine.  Quality was PASSABLE in my eyes, I was quite suprised at the framerate I recieved.
