As odd as it sounds, I'm trying to figure out the name of some mexican (or similar) midget actor. He's a classic film actor, apparently, and clips of one of his movies are found in a greenskeepers video called "Filipino Phil". Can anybody help me out here? I want to know his name, so I can maybe find and rent this movie.
