They don't like illegal content (eg, child porn) or anything to do with spam, copyrighted content (mp3's), or IRC bots and BitTorrent trackers. But no mention is made of porn.

Posted by a DH guy at the support forums: "Yeah, Dreamhost allows you to host adult content. They don't provide any age verification so that would be up to you. I'd reccomend you check into what laws you need to keep in mind and such, but as far as dreamhost goes you're fine."

It's porn, it's copyrighted most likely and neither of us hold the copyright, many viewers here are minors, I cannot verify the ages of anybody in a picture like that, and finally--I am not willing to go through the effort of checking when I don't want it in this environment in the first place...and that's the end of it.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

I don't even have to argue with you. You have the greatest bar ever- AVG user, Dreamhost User, who gives a malarkey user. Who forking cares if you use AVG, Dreamhost, whatever- what the hell is the point of those sig bars?
