Well, in a sense, the government did do it, the attack itself was pretty small, I mean deaths from gun violence in America are far higher than the amount of deaths in that tiny attack. The reason America got pwned, was because of all the fear that was spread by it, I couldn't forking change a channel for years without some American whining about it... or some Government official talking about how horrible Terrorism is, and therefore spreading more fear. Not to mention the nonsense Bush was spewing forth.
