I think you need a mac.

Never.  I will never get a mac.  Not even if I'm threatened with castration.  Not even if I'm threatened with death.  Mac = Death.

Odd.  For somebody with a mac personality, you sure pretend to hate macs pretty good.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

I just like being able to adjust my stuff but I hate the incompatability of macs and their crashfullness.  I NEVER crash with my Windows PC.  NEVER!  My programs crash, but not my pc.  Being able to change things on a whim is just a part of my personality.

The commercials are saying they have installed an intel chipset into the macs because macs are horrible and need help from intel and then because they have intel chips they can run windows, which if you compare the performance the MACS STINK :)  Then of course they insult PC's in their commercials about virus' but by running that they are just asking the hackers to create virus' for macs.

Seriously my school has macs in them and every class at least 3 or 4 computers are down so they need a tech. to come in and fix them

What, nobody really knows?  Fine, I'll explain it then (it's really simple).

Apple is moving away from Motorola processors and toward Intel's products.  The Intel chips are faster, and the move to x86 will allow for greater application compatibility in the future.  Basically, Macs are PCs now and OS X is just another flavor in the PC OS market next to Windows, Linux, BSD, SkyOS, etc.  All of a sudden, porting PC apps is easier...more sales for Apple.

But I'd still never buy one if you payed me because Macs are still crap.

I wasn't telling you to.  You seem to be arguing with yourself these last couple of posts.  All I did was mention that you have a mac user personality, which is in itself entirely true.

I think I kinda am because I sometimes doubt windows because I see Bill Gates as a symbol of evil, even though I love his operating system.

I decided to spice up my desktop.

Gotta love windows blinds in it's lagginess.

*gasp*  A mac?

Yeah :-D

I like to use all the pay systems... just to be "up to speed" on them, more or less.  Easier to do my jorb when I know my way around everything... that, and the class I took in graphic design was using macs and I didn't feel like fooling around with converting anything (in case that would be needed.)

:-)

Anyway... I plan to run my ammo case with some form of Linux.. it's been a while since I have played iwth linux, though, so I might forget to get around to it sooner than later!
