Happy Fireworks Day(s)
« on: July 1, 2006 03:42 pm CDT »
Enjoy the 4th of July season, folks.  These days are when millions of Americans blow malarkey up with fireworks, and a few dozen people celebrate the upcoming holiday for what it truely means.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

Its the holiday where you get the biggest illegal fireworks you can find and blow things up.  Better than christmas time. Unless you get fireworks for christmas.

I'm planning on going to a friends party and participating in a hamburger cooking contest.

Any good recipes would be greatly accepted!

Darwin's Turdburger:

Ingredients:
1 large turd
1/4 pound ground beef

Mix ingredients well.  Cook until well done (want to avoid ecoli).  Serve with whatever condiments you desire (cheese, lettuce, etc).

Particlean "God Burger":

3 oz slab of SPAM grilled to perfection
2 slices of American cheese
1/2 oz Bull's-Eye BBQ (Mesquite or Hickory)
White or Wheat Bun

[Top Bun]

( S P A M )

[Bottom Bun]

People don't give spam enough credit.  This is one of my favorites though. ^^^^

1 fresh fattened calf
1 gallon of lard
1 dolphin
1 chicken
1 duck
1 turkey
1 lb bacon
1 lb american cheese
1 can accent
1 unsliced loaf of bread

Step 1: grind up calf
Step 2: grind up dolphin
Step 3: insert chicken into duck
Step 4: insert duck into turkey
Step 5: grind/mash beef, dolphin, and turducken into a lovely paste.
Step 6: add as much accent (MSG) as desired
Step 7: fry in pan with lard
Step 8: add bread and the entire pound of cheese
Step 9: die

What?  I gave you a real dish to make.  I had it for supper that night, and it is one of my favorite things to eat.  Serve with chips or fries.
