I thought his piece was very funny, and noted that in my previous post.

I had no idea what gimp was..  pardon my ignorance.  I guess I assumed too much when I thought he would be using photoshop in a thread called photoshop requests.

Well, erm... I think a thread called "gimp requests" just wouldn't have the desired effect. :)

It's basically Photoshop, just free (legally) and with slightly less versatility.

'Photoshopped' has become synonymous with basically any sort of image editing and doesn't just refer to that program anymore. Free advertising for Adobe!

I went to the post your picture thread and this was one of the first ones I saw..  I love you GE but you were the unlucky one this time =)

The following image could be considered "inappropriate" for people below 18 years of age..  it has a sex toy in it.  Don't click it if you think you'd be offended by that.

Iv'e got to finish writing a paper so I didn't have any time to work on the hand, so I took the easy way out and added lighting effects to the bottom right so the top left was faded =)

Everyone's right in this situation...

1.  12stones was giving pointers...and props (thanks for both)....to my posts

2.  I do hasty work and post it purely for its humorous value.

3.  "Gimp requests" would've made this a different thread entirely.

4.  Ge uses a didlo.


It's win/win all around.
