Peace Keeper Tryouts 2

Please only post if you want to tryout.

Name of Character:
Why you want to be a peacekeeper:


We will take 2 people two weeks, and make them a Peace Keeper. After that  2 weeks is up, we will pick 2 different people.
PK Guidelines:

1. Follow the forum "guidelines" and know the rules of the server.

2. Must be trustworthy and make sound descions, ( ie... can not be partial to your friends.)

3. Have to be RL 45 or higher.

4. Can not loan out your character to be played by other people while filling this position.

5. Must resolve issues immediately and not ignore them.

Anyone caught abusing there Peace Keeper duties will be taken out of the position immediately and will be disqualified from the trial.

I know there is going to be many issues involved with this Peace Keeper try-out. All I ask is that people be patient as we select the best out of the try-out for Peace Keeper duties.


Tryouts will start 22 of July, and end when there are no more people trying out.

silverstein-because ive been playing awhile and know the rules of the server and follow them. i will also not take sides
im leaving for AZ on vacation tomorrow and wont be back till 28th maybe. so put me on the list father back. thanks

First of all, because I've been playing for a while, I know the rules and follow them too. Secondly, I like to help people and make their gameplay pleasant. After that, I am level 440 and Remort Level 219 so people can't really PK me because I jailed them. To conclude, I'll jail anyone that breaks the rules, friend or not. You can trust me :)

Slorge_Gridlock - except for a wee incident of big headedness during my lvl 300+ days, I haven't really bothered anyone, and have kept my activities within the rules always.  I believe there has only been one warning toward me for a questionable complaint as well.  

I've been the road manager/lead singer/bassist of a travelling country band and have had to clear up band infighting and barrooom brawls.

Also...I'm 41 and who better than your grampa to make you follow the rules?

And for all my effort of being nice to the n00bs and helping them out, the Dali Lama told me "when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness."  So I've got that going for me.  Which is nice.

PS:  I think Jeenyus' poutines would be good, too

-Yes i would like to become a pk caue i think i would be great at it, i wouldnt abuse my powers and i would jail fairly, as you people would know i have family members that play. i would not treat them any different as i would treat you guys when jailing is the only way to go. and i've helped many new people and just because i get pk dosent mean i wont stop helping them.


(malarkey, i cant play on the 22nd, im going Valley Fair for almost the whole day, i'll have to go in a later time)

I would like to try that "job", i've always been interested by doing this, I play since a while, i know all rules and i never broke any exept double loggin for a quest  :roll: admin can confirm that i never did nothing! and I also helped and still help newbies, you can ask. Plus im loved by everyone! exept by some little jerk..  Well I would be a good PK!

I've been around for a while and think I'm fairly aquainted with the rules.  I don't have any friends, so impartiality shouldn't be a problem.




BTW, I'll be clearing off ALL the old pKs.  If you want to remain pK, consider this a check-up for the position and re-enter.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

On second note. At the end of tryouts I am going to set up a time for  players to give me info on who they thinks should be peacekeepers. What I would like to do is set up a time and day and have a chat about it in server. I would hold a poll here but I don't want the non players influences.

Rose -
I've been a PK for quite a while now, and along with Shannara we are the last PKs remaining from the last Trials. I think, for the most part, we've kept the server running smoothly, taking care of most issues as they happen or very quickly afterwards.

Rose for PK!
I like remorting.
