The Stratus got fark-ed.
« on: November 24, 2006 12:15 am CST »
So my stratus took a huge dump. Transmission, computer, motor, tires, and suspension all took a huge dump. So I took particle to joplin with me to get a new vehicle. Settled on an 04 Pacifica. The thing is pretty damn pimpish. Its got 6 disc DVD/LCD, Navigation, Power liftgate, memory seats, 2nd row seats are captain seats, has a 3rd row seats, fogs, multi-CD/casette, and leather seats. YAY! Ill get a picture soon enough, but heres a generic picture. They all look the same.

It's a slight change in vehicle type, that's for sure.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

So are you going to rice out this car like you did the old one?

*edit*
Much respect for the Pacifica, though.  I rode in one not too long ago, very fine ride.

Ever realize that the average mainstream cars we drive are quickly becoming luxury cars?  I mean, Toyota, Honda, and Nissan (among others) are coming out with some very fine cars that are on the level of luxury sedans/compacts.

It's the direction the average consumer wants.  My main concern is build quality at this point, however.  This stuff didn't get any cheaper.  Either they are providing luxury aspects that are built more cheaply or *gasp* they were way over-charging before.

My guess is some of both.

Not since summer ended. But I did indeed use the supplies on both my car and my dad's car. Washed waxxed and all. It's actually held up very well. I was definately impressed by the difference in the overall look after cleaning the rims. WOW.

If you were in the neighborhood particle, I'd do it in a second.  Detailing cars is a hobby of mine.
