My morning ass kicker.  That is, one cup of very strong coffee in one mug, and a mixture of green tea / black tea / and chai in one mug.  Afterwards I am sweating and looking for flecks of dirt on my car.

green tea and chai?? that's sounds disgusting. black tea and chai woudlnt matter because chai is black tea, but green tea and chai. ew. that's like mint and spice together.

McDonald's Medium Chocolate shake. (Just got back from some Xmas shopping)
sometimes it's a struggle to get the shake through the straw.
Sometimes is seems it's sucking back.

I think the shake is winning....

Yeah, I know black tea and chai are kinda the same thing.  But what I have is green tea, earl grey, and a chai all in one drink.  It is indeed disgusting, yet colors are certainly more vivid after taking in so much.

wow thats even worse than i imagined. earl grey, green tea and chai. that would make me vomit. haha.

This morning I just threw the green tea leaves in my mouth and crunched them up with my teeth.  You get a whole lot more out of it if you eat it.  

I buy the leaves dried and rolled/crinkled instead of in packets.  You can just do so much more with them in this way than with the teabags.

*edit*
I should mention that green tea affects me in ways that nobody else I know experiences.  I will actually trip somewhat off green tea.  Last night I injested a lot of green tea, then went to bed immediately.  Some AWESOME dreams ensued.
