Apparently this new domain/server did the trick for my web server.  We've expanded total transfer almost 4x already from what it used to be.

Here's the stats so far:
I've had 364,724 requests from http://www.pcrpg.org since the 23rd of Jan.
That's 3,412 page views totaling 966,694,679 bytes.

Crack open some brandy and let's party!!!

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

I'll crack open the brandy when I dont have to use this account anymore.
however, it IS MOST DEFINATELY a good thing that we are "seeing more action".
Congrats to us all. (thinks it may have something to do with our soap opera atmosphere)

Gotta love SBC with their 6Mbps tier for 45$
(Yes, on their site it only shows 3Mbps, but it is actually 6Mbps, I would know :)).

Al, I too will ignore the ignorence. Now, that I have successfully managed to prove myself innocent, it is no longer an issue. Just waiting for my account to be unbanned so I can return to it.

Bub was someone who managed to steal the admin pass and screw up everyone's character that he could. Fortunately for me, I was unable to play at that time so was thus not onserver and safe from his actions.

Ishould also note that you really should follow my example and try to keep this thread on topic. It is not about me or my currently unjustly banned account.
It is about the popularity of pcrpg. I am glad to have been an integral part of this success and i congratulate those others who woorked alongside us to make this a great place where people want to come and play.
funger, i merely answered your question so that you would know what happened and we can work past it.
Now hopefully, everyone will also follow my example in leaving sleeping dogs lie and not talk about that subject.
