how do I talk in GRP chat and such like that? and can you /tell people in this game? right now i'm really confused. I can't find any help guides relating to talking.

6 speech is enough to do any of those. You need 5 for global, 6 for group.
If you type #defaulttalk #global, every time you don't specify a talk type, it will....default to global.
