check out http://www.vsocial.com
the site itself is not as popular as Youtube, but they dont reduce the quality of your videos on vsocial like they do on youtubea.  They also give you creative control over the way your embedded players look on webpages.  It's free.  It's alot like Youtube in alot of ways, but just better.

Hmmm.....No. Dont support them because they are trying to make alot of money which should be going to me.
