I've never actuall killed a man with a sword. I have however badly cut and hurt them. the edges on the ones we use are dulled (points are still sharp though) This way, when we hit, it usually doesnt break the skin, unless its a point slash.
Since I've been training in all sort of hand to hand weapons since I was 13 I have almost 20 years worth of training.
I have been shot at several times, I would much rather face an opponant eye to eye even if I were to be outclassed.

Knifing is fun in game too.
I am one of the few who uses the fast slash rather than the stab attack. I just aim for the head, and it can do 65-75 damage, and you can hit them again right after.

Heh, yeah, get on the mad de_rats (i think thats the map name) where it allows you to use grappling hooks and have knife matches.

Once I ran a TFC server where only spies were allowed.  The server was called: Ninja Fight.  The only map was 2fort.

2 spies would meet at the bridge and circle each other, eventually knifing each other.  It was a fun game.  The server usually had around 10-15 players during peak hours.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

hey undergod, this is a new shotty, it cost 700 dollars.. and yes.. they made this one with a recoil that makes it kick like a pellet gun, why else would it be so expensive? yes the semi auto does add alot of dollars though :\
