RANT WARNING!!! This is just an overly expressed opinion.Why in hell is this post even up?! Leave the damn work to particle! He's the only one who should actually be saying who did what.
You guys don't have any REAL evidence (server logs, ss's, etc) to back these claims up and this type of posting usually leads to bickering and then into arguements.
You do have good point there remote, but there is no real way to be sure of it unless you were someone with access like Particle. Even if this was posted for the better, it could very well be wrong.
Now lets see what would happen if X makes accusations on Y.
The following only applies to a few antagonistic individuals here, yet their posts are the bulk of the arguements.

Now Y sees this and feels threatened, what does he do? Retaliates in a defensive manner. And for self defence X concludes being defensive is a dead ringer for guilt.
Try to post if you have something constructive to give, for example: Tio's whois of the fake server's IP address. Screenshots are great too. Just have concrete information and concrete sources of information.
