Xanth, from what I have seen of my brother playing it--no. The graphics are actually quite lame, and the gameplay looks kinda boring. It cost 11-12 dollars a month, and requires all sorts of upgrade packs to use many onf the new maps/characters.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

yeah... but thats the best part of the game!! who wants to kill wyrms.. or dragons.. when u can kill peoples.. chars.. and make them cry to themselves at night.. because they lost 500 k in armor lolz

Neocron had the best idea for an MMORPG, where you would actually aim and fire, and your attacks would be recognized in real time.  Unfortunately, only like 400-600 people play it, so its quite desolate.  Oh well, I hear AO is really good, too.  I just dont wanna target something then press "attack".  I want to trigger the attack.

I beta tested for Neocron and I thought it was a great game. There's nothing better than killing strippers and barkeeps to make money on a game. :)
