My Sorcerer is just about immortal...

*sigh* I was playing NWN on a custom mod when I ran into a dragon...


I was literally fighting this dragon for an hour.

When I kill him, the trasure chests he leaves behind him contain the ultimate equipment...

Armor of Ancient Warriors...

hehe

AC modifier: 5
Max Dex Bonus: 8
Arcane Spell failure: 5%

Bonuses:
+5 AC (Armor modifier)
60 / damage absorbtion
Haste
Immunity: All status effects

And...

Black Ring of Protection

Bonuses:
60 / spell absorbtion (ALL DAMAGING MAGIC)
60% Spell resistance
40 / spell absorbtion
Immunity: Dispell and Spell Breach.
Extra Spells: +3 to all spell levels


THis is unbelievable!!!!

With my buffing spells...

Someone would have to do at least 101 physical damage per round to hurt me. And at 101 damage it would only do 1 dmg to me

And with my +15 spell resistance.. They would need to do at least 101 magical damage to hurt me... That would give me a total of 75% spell resistance... And at 101 damage, it would only do 1 dmg to me

I am going to resist 3 out of every 4 spells, and resist all spells below  spell level 6

I am pritty much immortal immortal... I don't know if it is possible to do that much physical damage at one time, and with 3 out of every 4 spells resisted...

ahahha i can whoop your ass with my fighter, but i saw this monk come up with this "special" glove on and he destroyed me with a hefty 10k damage, and i thought he hacked, and so did everyone else

First off Razore...

Your fighter couldn't do malarkey because you couldn't do that much damage per blow on this server...

Razore... Your first words were I could Whoop your ass..

According to AD&D Rules, it is impossible to do that much dmg... Unless the server makes na item that would do that, which wouldn't be a server I play on.

I only play on servers that have the character's saved on the machine and enforce legal characters.

I play on 2 different servers.... Dusk Haven and Lands of Gabda.

What is your character name on those servers? The one you use most often. I am trying to find a good server to play on. The ones that I have found so far have been crap.

Believe me, if any human attacks me, nobody will be able to hit me, and i have huge spell resistance

No Razore....


Not on protected servers.. You can save it to your computer, but the one you play is stored on the server PC.

The highest physical damage on a true AD&D weapon is

1d20 and that is on a level 20 monk's fists...

The highest enchantment bonus is +5

There is no way to get mroe than 40 str which adds +15 to your damage

1d20 + 15

Then improved power attack willo add another 10 dmg...

1d20+25..

Say you get another 1d8 dmg on gloves you give your monk

1d20 + 25

+ 1d8

Critical for bludgeon is 3x... so

THe max damage possible is
159 damage... assuming you roll a natural 20 with all the possible strength bonuses (which you can't get) And the best damage addon gloves a monk could have...

The highest strength a monk could get if he ever wants to get to level 20 from not losing dex is around 26 with spells... That is only +8 instead of +15.... And if he ever wants to hit anything that has above 30 AC... He couldn't use improved power attack... hell I don't think he could use regular power attack...

So that leaves what? 1d20 + 15 ... + 1d8

max of 129 if he ever rolls a natural 20.... Which most likely won't happen on someone who has 36 AC
