Heres the just of it Shen_long was being an ass to evil after evil did him a huge favor. I said he was white trash and was and ungreatful son of a unsavory woman. He comes along when im in the mines. Lucks me. Kills me and steals my pack. hes lvl what 986? and i was 35 i think thats more than a 20% diff for being in a house. Then i was on my other lvl 1 char Harlequin and he lucked it. all the way to zero. I have given you what i said and im sure he will tell youw what he said. What i have stated is the unconditional truth. And all i ask is that you consider a punishment for this blatent disregared for the rules.

Section 1, Subsection H - PK Rules
Player Killing.  Killing other people is a major part of the game.  After all, there was a PK system set up by JI and it comes in handy for certain things.  Abuse of player killing can not only be annoying, but it can be down right cruel.  For a high-level player to knock a level 1 player into oblivion could push the new player into a position to where they might leave the server forever because of somebodys cruel actions.  In general, you will need to follow the guidelines (listed below) before you decide to PK another:

 The target player must not be more than 20% from your own level.  This is more fair, because it is easier to win a battle when out-classed at high levels than at lower levels.  A level 20 character can dominate a level 1, but a level 100 may actually lose to a level 80 player if they play the fight out well.

Screen shots dont die. and once agian i will QUOTE SINCE IT DOESNT GET THREW YOUR DAMN HEAD! IN A PK HOUSE OR NOT THERE IS A REQUIRED 20% LEVEL DIFFRENCE. 996 TO 35  IS A HUGE DIFF. YOU DID NOT KILL MY OTHER CHAR YOU TOOK ALL ITS LUCK! I WAS DOUBLE LOGED YES AND LEGALY I EVEN ASKED DRAAK AND HE SAID I WAS LEGAL SO TAKE IT AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS IVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU.

Under regular circumstances, Khorne, house kills are legal no matter what. It's the price you pay and the risk you take for extra EXP. Although, I do think that there should be special rules for Gods...

Khorne you were yelling at him for like 30 minutes... and you did double log on and told everyone that you did while you were on the server... yes I don't think it's right that shen did kill you with the level difference... but if I was him, I would of wanted to too...


lol to decrease the amount of cussing on the server... I think it should be legal to kill those who yell at someone for more than 5 minutes about nothing... it would reduce the amount of cussing in a sense... but it may also just let it continue(but it continues anyways)... might as well try to stop it, by letting everyone know that... before it starts :)... lol that's how I think the rule should sort of bend... though it doesn't in most eyes lol

khrone that 20% level difference crap your talking about who listens to it? everybody pks people and dont care about that 20% crap if angel should get punished so should everyone cuz im pretty positive everybody pk'ed someone breaking that 20% thingy

hehe a level 1 can only be killed by a level one... level 1, 2, & 3... must be killed by lower than their level or their level... it should be extended... 20% or 8 levels... which ever

It's a pretty low thing to have to hunt down low level characters, but having been the victom SO many times, the only thing I can tell you is to do what I did. wait till they remort and return the favor in equal measures. Again, I would say that you shouldnt be killed off while that low though.
Technically, I have seen the present peacekeeper say it was legal and I dont see it specifically spelled out in the server rules so it must be technically legal, unfortunately.

Thats all i wanted to know. I was double loged i wont lie. Draak said what i was doing was legal. So i broke no rules i did not power level or anything illegal. As a madder of fact. All Khorne was doin for Harlequin Was holding stuff. Since harlequins Luck was striped by Shen_long. But as the judgement by the server has been desided i will drop the subject from here on. Just remeber Shen I dont forget people that i hate. And there will be retrobution
