If it was just a matter of him being an ass, it would not be too bad because we could just mute him or ignore him. However, that is not the case. He is actually abusing his power. typed words can easily be ignored but it is just a tad bit harder to ignore being jailed with bots who can kill you with 2 hits and having your character cleared by him. And these sorts of things are not being done for breaking rules such as killing out of house, or mugging/stealing or even spamming. It is being done for merely disagreeing with him, or voicing an opinion he does not like, or simply asking him a question once.
Him being an ass would not be too bad if he knew how to seperate his personal feelings from his "work". His powers were put there for him to enforce server rules in a fair and impartial fashion NOT to carry out personal crusades against select people in petty and illegal ways.

not really, particle had made a half threat the night before to ban me for all of eternity for clearing kiska, so it was already in motion =).

and evil inc, you can just keep on talking because you cause 3/4 of the bullmalarkey on that server.  you have to have your 25 cents thrown into every arguement or discussion and it gets annoying. and how you repeat yourself... and how you repeat yourself... yea, it gets annoying also.  your lucky i actually do have some self control with power or you would be on ban for about 3 years.

and on a final note for this post - towards inc - your the only person i jailed with PK just so you would shut the fork up, no one wants to hear your bullmalarkey of how great of a player you are and how you are above everyone and how you do nothing but good for the server.  it gets real old real fast.  you make it sound like i just jail people for no reason, in your case, yea, in all the other cases, no, they did something.

Only thing I can say to that is either learn to read, dont comment on what you have not read or have the same courtesy that others show you. :roll: ) with killer bots, You have jailed many others as well.
Fifth, I am not and never have claimed to be a good player. I suck at this game in spite of enjoying it so much. Hell, I cant even type. I am also not any better of a person than anyone. That decision is not alowed to any mortal man.  :roll:
Sixth, The people you are constantly jailing ARE being jailed for nothing. Well, for voicing a different viewpoint than you that you dont like, but that has NOTHING to do with the server rules or gameplay.

Actually, if this was merely a matter of differing opinions or flames, Pms WOULD be an appropriate medium. as a matter of fact, I am always the first to suggest that.
HOWEVER, this abuse of power is afftecting the way the server is running. With it this out of hand players are being forced to leave the server who are "old timers" people are losing equipment luck and cash on server. characters are even being cleared. this is also affecting server popularity as it is causing people to go to other servers rather than here.
So, since this is a serverwide issue that affects EVERYONE, everyone needs to see it and have a say.

whoops kenshin, i had thought your last post directed at me since i am evil. I just realized you meant eViL_iDiOt or eViL. I'm just too used to being flamed I guess and dont know how to react when someone else is finally flamed.  :lol:

Well kat, it IS only the entire population of the server who is speaking out. :roll:
And once again ozzy, My opinion means just as much as any other living human beings. We are all born equal and no mortal may truly judge who is better or worse. The membership DOES have a right to voice opinions. It is up to particle as to whether or not he wants to listen to them.

The purpose for this forum was to let Particle send messages to the server as a whole.



It wasn't made for you to give your opinion on what Particle wants.

Particle pays out of his own pocket for a server and a web site, he also devotes time to making addons in the server..

That gives you NO right to complain about what he wants.

And INC... Since when did the "entire population of the server" rest their opinions in your hands?

If they want to say something they can come here and say it themselves..

You again have NO right to speak for them.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.
