We need more forum junkies, especially since Darwin faded into the background....

Oh yeah, I'm still here, still the forum junky as you know me.  Lately I have been honing my Counter Strike skills.  I have found that this skin for the Colt M4A1 really helps me to learn to burst fire (because of the way it sounds).:

I hate it when people call models or complete weapon packs skins.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

Ooops I apologize.  I got this new model, complete with new sounds.  Its great.  I also got this pipebomb model as a back pack and bomb model.  Looks great.

The greatest model of all I got would have to be the MP5.  The one I'm using I believe has over 1500 polys.  Looks awesome.  Unfortunately I suck with MP5 since it cant shoot through walls.

I better not find out that you download those cheating models that make them completely one color and stand out...

Gotta love SBC with their 6Mbps tier for 45$
(Yes, on their site it only shows 3Mbps, but it is actually 6Mbps, I would know :)).

Uhh.. I wish I could use better models..

It doesn't matter much if it is left handed.. Well it doesn't for me anyway.. I have a knife or a pistol out most of the time.

MP5 can shoot through walls.. just not as good as an ak or m4.

That sound is much closer to how a colt truly sounds.  I believe if you play vietnam black ops you'd see.

Also, no, I am not a wall hacker.  On maps such as dust, when playing any team there is the bridge part.  People tend to duck there and fire, finding themselves behind the safety of the balcony wall.  Unless you have a colt or ak or similar, you wont hit them.

*edit*
Also, even though it is left handed, it looks sooo much better than those toy guns that CS provides you with.

I also have an AK-47 model that places the AK almost directly in the center of view, which is more realistic.  Unfortunately, the crossair doesnt look properly aligned with it.

It's funny how people call these guns by their manufacturer and not their model names.  When you say a "colt" from Vietnam Black ops, I suppose you mean the M-16 and not the M4A1?  Play Vietcong if you want realism.

Oops yeah, M-16.

Vietnam black ops was a pretty sucky game.  But I think the weapons sounds were closer to authentic.
