I'm hoping to buy a a new one soon) size doesnt matter I wanted to have a kunai thats all...the type I made was actually to throw in bujinkan the grandmaster has on but sharper...but not all ninja buki (weapons) are supposed to be sharp, in fact a lot of shuriken are blunt and just have the right shape...

Im not giving you a time and a place because i dont know the time and place yet. And to be honest, teh only reason I dont want to leave this girl alone is because she's paranoid and hates being alone.

I went to London 2 weeks ago with a group of people, including this girl, and we had so many problems with her. She ran off on her own, went to a bar, didn't come back until 5am. We had no idea where she went, we couldn't get a hold of her in any way. She always wanted to do her own thing and expected others to follow her. She wasn't above blowing all her money on pricey taxis just so she wouldn't have to walk a mile. Ugh. So, i'm hoping it'll be easier having less people (2) in Brussels. When she's calm, she's so easy to get along with (she is very full of herself, but she knows it too. I don't know if she does it on purpose or not.)

Anyway, I don't want her to freak out by leaving her alone. Similarly, I don't want her to get paranoid because "i'm meeting someone I only knew online blah blah." I'm kinda stuck with her whether I like it or not. And that's my problem =\

I suppose if I got the address of the place and the time we'd be there, you could give us a grand tour of the city. It'd be nice to have someone who knows the area. Maybe show us where to get mussels and beer? and chocolate?

Just arrange it casually. Figure out a general plan of where you're gonna be or something. Bored could tell you a great restaurant to eat at and agree to go there at the same time. You tell the girl you read/heard about a great place to eat, get there at the agreed time, bored sees you, runs up like "OMG IS IT YOU??? WOW HI!!!"

Yep it's very easy to arrange it and I'm willing to accept difficulties involved LOL I've known difficult girls and still know a couple...back in greece I had 2 of them...at the end the nearly messed up our entire trip...
back a few months ago I got to know this rly weird girl and people just told me...something rly weird happened to her...so it's ok that she's weird...
In class I was next to her (and she seems ok to me, I mean she's a pretty cool girl even with the weirdness)

Yep you rly have to try the fries, chocolate (I'm eating some right now) ,mussels and some waffels. I know tons of restaurants and places to get drunk :p (a brewery would be cool :p)

I know brussels that well I could walk right through it...I could go walking to anywhere... (and Ive done it before while there werent any taxis....or busses ...and was prob drunk and with no money)

Another point you'll be pretty safe...as I know places to avoid...and I've been used as guard on several occasions, because of my experience (got mugged 5 times, 3 first times the guy ended ko on the floor; 4th I laughed told him fork you if you dont have a knife or a gun get the F of here, 5th guy just gave my bag back when I ran after him looking rly pissed)
But still brussels is pretty safe if you're in a lil group; chances are always higher when youre alone...but lately mugging groups is just impobbile ever since; some groups or guys have been hanging around...
Those groups consists of 2 paras lol, doubt its a legend since lots of guys have been beaten up by 2 rly skilled guys lol.
belgian paras are second best in the world too lol. Not sure why but paras suddenly decided to have this kind of fun after one of them got beaten up badly, by a whole group of bastards...)

Best would just be to find how you plan on getting here (talis, tgv,  plane?) and tell me when and where you arrive. I don't have a car sadly : ( (driving in brussels is very troublesome at some hours anyways and the public transportation is great anyways) . Well you could send me a mail or pm or something when you're in brussels.

We arrive at Charleroi at 14:45 on March 10th, and from there, I don't know how long it will take to get to our Hostel. We're actually staying at Scandinavia Hotel, but it's basically a Hostel. I hope they speak English, because I don't know any Flemmish.

charleroi is actually on the french speaking side...and you have to be lucky to find somebody who speaks english, since on the french side they have english at school very late (in bad flemish schools too actually)
once you're in brussels its not prob, though most people talk english though I wouldnt recomment asking "arabs" it's not that I'm a racist...because of anumber of reasons just dont :p, unless the girl whos with you speaks french.
5 times I got mugged was by those type of guys...I'll put it this way...very rarely these go to good school or even finish school, obviously very few go to univ like me. Young guys like that always look for trouble.
Brussels is in the middle of both languages barriers, flemish people speak dutch dude :p and most flemish school teach english early. Movies arent dubbed here either, theyre in english with subs. Another reason why flemish talk english so well.

Now watch out for pickpockets...and any type of mugger lol...like in all cities...
becareful in charleroi...cops arent the bosses there, gangsters are . CHarleroi is the city known as ruled by gangsters with shotguns who rly pwn cops...lol...(I know a couple of those badass guys, they're rly cool and good persons, but they just lose they common sence when it comes to some things)
You rly have to be unlucky to get hurt or be stolen, I hope nothing happens to you .

Once you're in brussels and with me everything should be fine, as gangs here aren't that scary and I've been through such bad things before...but I doubt anything will happen. (well I hope lol)

I know where you'll be staying, never been there, but I can find it easely, I know the street its in.
it says it's close to midi so I'm guessing you will take the train to midi? after you arrive in charleroi?
In any case best would be to meet after you settle in the hotel. It takes a lil hour to get to brussels from charleroi so I'm guessing you'll be here i at about 16?
we can eat then or/and do some other stuff...whatever you want, it gets dark at about 18, some parts of the city are nice at night...However it's best to see it all during the day.
We'll see whatever you want to do, I don't know what you like...so no clue what I will show you...But ther's lots of stuff to see near wherer the hotel is...What I show you will just depend frop what type or person you and the girl are...
like crazy wanna have fun or maybe u just wanna see some nice stuff...eat some rly great stuff too for sure!

As for transportation: we can use taxis (which are f**/ing expensive,but whatever you prefer), metro (subway, underground) or walking...however we will never have to walk that much.
We'll see then how much time We'll spend together...I don't mind showing you the whole city...or just having one dinner...
I just have that labo I must go to the 11th during a few hours (13-15.30+ time to get there)...sigh

Sorry; i KNOW Flemmish people speak dutch (the creator of a game i'm following closely lives in Brussels, and he corrects people on that all the time), it just wasn't registering with me at the time I made that post. =\

Well, there's been a slight change to the plans. Two other girls (one of them being the one from the picture at the beginning of the post; don't mention I posted her on here please, lol) wanted to join us when we get into Brussels. We all have slightly different tastes, but one thing I personally wanted to do (it's okay if we don't; if it's 3 against 1, i'm not going to fight it) was see the museum of musical instruments. Other than that, historical sights are always good. One thing we MUST do while we're there is have waffles...and probably beer...and mussels...

Hell, if you could point out some bars or clubs, that might be cool. I don't know if the other two girls are going to stay overnight, but I know the girl i'm going with is kind of into that...I'm not really though, so, we'll see. I think it'd be cool if you tagged along with us. I'd have a drink.

BTW, Wednesday is the 12th, so you'll be free on the 11th to do what you need to do.

changes everything lol...i have a few lesson in the morning of that wednesday...9-11 is a lesson I must go to even though it's boring as hell...
then other lessons aren't important at all...I never go to math anyways...it's just soo boring you wanna commit suicide at the end...but you're just too tired from using your brain so much and from writing so much.

the 13th I have another short labo in the morning and in the evening...but I guess it's fine going with a hangover...even though I rly have to drink a lot to be drunk...
about belgian beer...don't underestimate it... the most comon beer I enjoy drinking is nearly 4 times stronger than what you guys have in america...my favorite is 5 times stronger...even I will get drunk after having like 8 of those, but I know people (especially girls) who can get forked with 2-3 easely lol.
Now nothing to worry about there's always parties during the week at my univ :p so I'm used to having a few long nights...and then having to go to classes...
I don't think anyone especially a girl can outdrink da crazy seba...

your museum is next to the palace of the king...and to a big park...pretty much in the middle of historical monuments...
it's cheap anyways too...
There's plenty of bars to have fun in...there's not one bar I prefer...(except maybe those few next to my univ... :p)
in the centre of town they're all fine... advantages of bars next to my univ would be : cheaper , fun and full of people of our age...
lil disadvantage you have to take cab to go to hotel...in centre you'll just have to walk...,but I'll let you decide whether you wanna keep is calm or crazy...(crazy but fun ofcourse)

They're American. You don't have to come with us to the museums and such; I don't want you to be bored (no pun intended). I never really had American beer in the first place, but I do know that it is very weak and sucky compared to others. First beer I had on my own was a glass of 1664. I couldn't finish it. On the other hand, I've fallen in love with cider. Strongbow I think it was called. That stuff was awesome.

Anyway, I could have sworn I said Wednesday in my first post. I'll triple check my schedule, but I'm almost positive I come in on the 12th.

You have "learn" how to like beer, the bitter taste is hard to "like". It's good once you get used to it. Getting used to beer takes a lot of time...especailly getting used to the more alcoholic beers. EHm you know what train you gonna take in charleroi?

If I show you around the 10th you should be fine anyways, brussels (the centre) isnt that big anyways.
Best I can do is to show you around on the 10th and on the 11th in the morning (in the evening too if you want)
But i can just do it the 10th, whatever you prefer...you choose how much time you wanna spend with the guide :p
