This is outrageous.  How are they going to show that these people are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt?  There are so many reasons that have to be disproven.  A few examples I can think about are:

- What about web crawlers, indexers, etc?
- Let's be real--most of the time, people who make porn advertise their "actors" and "actresses" as being younger than they really are.  Only rarely is the reverse true.
- Proxies?
- Open wlans?

And let us not forget some of the bigger issues, which you folks have hit more upon already than the list above:

- Why are we once again going after the end users?  Say what you want to, but if they aren't paying for it there is no real way to say it is further harming the child.  They aren't helping to finance it.  Some of these people are just disturbed and perverted in their tastes.  That doesn't automatically make them child molesters...unless we want to start charging people for crimes they haven't even thought of committing yet.

- Isn't this kill-the-user mentality just a lazy way out of enforcing the law against child pornography?  The real sickos must be hard to catch if this is the best way they can think of to show the mentally retarded public that progress is happening.

- What about children (read:  anyone under 18) who are just looking for somebody their own age?  Can that even be called sick?  If so, why are we trying to demonize and control people's natural feelings during their development?  Isn't that somehow even more cruel?

I'm no fan of child pornography, but that doesn't mean I think we should shoot first and never bother asking for names.  If anything, we just seem to be taking the laziest possible road to visible results (if you can even call them that).
As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

Going into europe would be an impossible deal, especially with this kinda method...

you are as naive as you are ignorant.

what makes europe so special?  do you have some kind of immunity?  have you been vaccinated against tyranny?

does Napoleon? Adolf Hitler? Mussolini? Francisco Franco, ring any bells?

These "retarded Americans" (as you call them have) rescued europe from it's own stupidity on so many occasions only to suffer the uninformed criticisms and blind prejudices that you continue to foster under the misguided belief that you are somehow superior.

You're not ignorant, that would be a nice way of saying you're just plain dumb.
You rly have no clue about politics, about laws...about how everything is different here?
Suddenly a worthless old american guy tells me how things work here and I should be fine with it?
I'll explain my point.

WHy? Europe is not a country to start with and why should they obey to anything USA wants?
Belgium is a country in europe, and even though the European union is an attempt to form one big united union, it's still very far from being being united, as all different countries still have too many different laws and rules.
To make a transfer of a prisoner from another country, you need to work with politicians, more precisely diplomats. Even if 2 countries do have very good cooperation, it still doesn't mean that they will accept anything. That whole way of tracing , won't be accepted here...It will lead to conflict, and will make relations between the 2 countries very troublesome.

Does this seriously sound rly smart to you? I 'd expect this type of remark from a 14 year old.

Yet somehow I'm ignorant!

You, yourself, have done nothing but prove yourself ignorant and moronic by claiming that all Americans are retards.  I put up with your bullmalarkey for long enough.

In 2005 thanks to American Lobbying in Sweden a raid was performed on The Pirate Bay.  That's right, THANKS TO AMERICANS, LEGAL ACTION WAS TAKEN ON A WEBSITE IN SWEDEN WHEN THE WEBSITE BROKE NONE OF SWEDEN'S LAWS.  Good job on your ignorance.

Hitler had a lot to do with this topic.  If you know your forking history you would know that Hitler did many such actions like this that took away individual liberties such as this.  He destroyed privacy.
