There still remains that either I have been singled out to not be allowed to mug him or pk him (within the normal legal limits) in retaliation or that he is protected from that even though he is above rl0.

Using the logic of innocent until proven guilty.  There have been three witnesses to your misdeeds.  That makes you guilty.  But you also have a chance to defend yourself in that case and offer contradictory evidence.  You haven't done that so the guilty still stands.  It's like pleading guilty.
