Arf abusing powers

Note that his "non-admin" super character is legit. He only transferred his legit stuff on to a new character so he could keep his legit  stuff he earned fair and squareon a "playing" character. Then he only uses his Arf character as an admin and does not actually "play" with it. So his Agamemnon character is his legit playing character that he only uses to actually play.
Also note that Agamemnon is not the only "shared" character.

For muting/jailing/ whatever characters, he only does that to keep the peace. When you have someone rampaging and just doing nothing but try to start trouble and run people off of the server, it is wise to take measures to keep the peace. Particle pays to keep the server up out of his own pocket and has provided this service to us for free for well over 10 years now. When an admin sees someone trying to shut it down, you cant blame him for taking actions to protect the server.
Arf has done more good for the server then anyone else has in a looong time. Namely adding in new and interesting quests and ideas to keep the server lively. I understand that many are upset at him for actually being fair and not giving them the special privileges they had before.

I have noticed an increased number in newbies, though it could just be more duplicates. I think I saw almost a dozen people on the server a few days ago.

evil way to go off topic on what i was even saying. you make the assumption that i came back from after a year off and started terrorizing everyone. funny coming from you about telling people not to break the rules when you have been jailed way more than i ever have. i log on and get jailed immediately, muted, and kicked without letting me say anything. what part of that is fair? you keep sticking up for him but arf is always been one to go after anyone who doesnt suck up to him. why am i not allowed to mug a guy who goes afk for hours at a time, just to come back and remort and start the process over 2000 more times? yes i let shorty use my character while i was gone but he gave it back to me and the ip's should show it. arf doesnt even make a chance to check ip's to show me and shorty live no where close to each other. you would think an admin would be FAIR but thats not in arf's beliefs. To be honest, it does not matter who was at the controls of the character. If you give control of your character to someone else and they rampage with it or break the rules, you are just as responsible. The punishment the character gets for that stays with the character even if the person gives control back to it's original owner. The only exception to this is if the character is hacked against your will.
Make sure you are more selective about who you give your character to to use or let them make/build up their own character.

This is a rule for just about any online game. If you let someone else access your account, it's still liable to you as it is YOUR character

OK , Lets set the record straight.

#1 the doghouse don't mean malarkey to me, IT is for record keeping only and does not control me or dictate to me my actions, nor am i subject to it to do the things i think are necessary to protect the server and it's community. I am THE authority in game and I am not subject to your scrutiny or your standards. I normally don't post things in the dog house, but if you insist that i do then i will use the history of the doghouse to make the punishments even more severe. your choice...

#2 Muggers, killers, thieves, supergods etc don't mean malarkey to me either,  I have defended the muggers right to mug even in the face of my own muggings whether they be afk or not. killing another player don't mean malarkey to me either, as with mugging it is part of the game, if i thought someone was being a bit too aggressive I would say something, but generally i have let the server run as a medieval RPG and the life of a Keldrinian is a tough one, many perils exist in the land... you don't want to be mugged and killed? #3 Agamemnon is my original Arf toon that I have leveled up LEGALLY without fast swinging, power ranking, or any other type of cheat.  Smurfing was not illegal and i never punished anyone for sharing their toons.  I am not going to address your accusations cause they are simple bullmalarkey. Shorty got banned caused he abused other players continuously with toons that DIDNOT belong to him, He then threatened me with INTELIUS, he is a moron, i don't give a fark what he does or who he does it to but as long as he thinks he is a GANGSTER when he's nothing but an immature, farkbrain then I will continue to ban him from this server.

#4 Vilman was kicked and muted from the server because he logged on with silverstein immediately following the altercation with shorty, You should have never let someone so demented and farked in the head have access to your toon. That is your fault not mine. but as a matter of record I stopped taking action against Silverstein when it was clear that shorty was no longer in control of it. Other than the two players listed that are crying cause they broke the rules, the rest of the server is running just fine. I have never taken action against a toon for mugging one of my afk toons,  When I am not afk and one of the muggers enters the zone i am in, i usually drop from the server till they are gone. so STFU about me abusing players that mug my afk toons.

#5 You wanna invade the server and be an asshat, exercising your anonymity, then you will be ejected. Play by the rules. and you wont have anything to complain about. My actions as admin have nothing to do with people sucking up to me,  You broke the rules, you acted like an asshat, you insulted me?  well then you deserved it,  I earned my position as Admin with this server and I think i deserve a little more respect,  you may not respect me but you will respect the Title Admin.

AND FINALLY, I really like the way shorty got his friend Omni to invade the server and reset my toon's skills. IT is for this reason and this reason alone that as long as I am an Admin on this server Shorty will never be allowed to participate. He contracted outside help to damage the server and it's players all because he didn't get what he wanted.

I have talked with Particle concerning every action  I have taken, and made recommendations for punishments concerning the exploitations, and power ranking, He will decide your fate ... not I.

My only beef with Arf is that he and Jailhouse are sharing Agamemnon.

Jailhouse and I have been sharing Agamemnon to farm clays,  Agamemnon is not hacked, jacked or modified in any way.  

You have let Master, B2, Bthre3, B5 and how many others use Caboose?  additionally i have proof AND a confession from several people that have used your toon Caboose saying they powerranked the toon.  I will be taking care of that situation too.  

Accusing an Admin of Admin abuse is just a cover for your own indescretions,  and btw...  there is no such thing as Admin Abuse...  check the rules....  and get a towel...

Let's just be clear...a few days ago, you and I made peace. I held (and still hold) NO hostility towards you, nor hopefully you towards I. But I posted the comment before I began sharing my character. In fact, that comment led me to the train of thought that said, in a nutshell, "If he can do it, why can't I?" My only regrets are that I took action that was too extreme, made some unfounded accusations (on the server) out of jealousy, and aside from that, misplaced my trust (I should have learned my lesson when I messed things up with Shorty!)
