I need to get a job too, it's so hard to get a job around where I live, even a fast food job. But what can you do. I'm thinking of doing that plan of going into a CompUSA or BestBuy and just snatching something and running. I think it could work.

Hey I read the rules and all that stuff about the RPG, but it didn't say which is the fast leveling character or what remorting is or how to obtain money. All things that I heard I'm going to have to know and need. Can any of you answer these questions?

Jeebus.

Kenshin does indeed have a crappy comp.  Its like 433 mhz, a crappy vid card (probably proprietary), and 128 mb memory.


If you cant find a job, why not just go around asking if you can mow their lawns or something.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

I hate to admit it but I'm even worst off then Kenshin, I have a 400mhz Pentium 2, 128mb SDRAM, 2mb on board video, Windows 2000 Professional. (2) 4gb harddrives. So I'm not up there either. So don't feel bad Kenshin, at least you're not the worst of the bunch and this is my main computer.

Until this christmas, at my dad's house, the only computer I had was one I got back in 6th grade, and now Im finishing up 10th.


Here is what it had on it before I did a small upgrade:
350 mhz PII
64MB ram
Win98
8mb STB velocity

I upgraded the RAM to 128 and the video card to 32 MB and installed XP on it.  For some reason, the card's core voltage got to high when i installed it, and it sorta fried itself, so really it is now just as powerful as a 4mb one, since I had to lower acceleration so that annoying little lines wouldnt run up and down the screen.  My parents still use it.  Buncha nincompoops...
