i don't understand.. how u guys can have such strong opinions .. when u have so little knowledge about the war... oh wait.. right right right.. your americans
everything i ever knew about the wars in history i learned in school. every single bit of information was from a textbook. which doesnt make americans stupid or wrong, it just means we believe what we're taught in history class. you have to realize 95% of the people who post on these forums are young, and still go to school. what they have opinions about are what they read and see and immitate in life. that doesnt mean all americans are incorrect about history.
textbooks are written by groups of people, or at least logic would demand it. im assuming these people did some major research to teach a modicum amount of truth to the students who read it. same with schools in england, canada, ireland, germany, portugal, france, russia, etc. they all see things in a different perspective, and most if not all of the countries out there try to instill some sort of pride into their inhabitants. otherwise they would have no one to fight and die for them, because no one would give a damn.
anyway, just some food for thought.
