I think photoshop comes with a few tutorials... although its pretty easy to learn by yourself i you play around with everything  :D

Yeah it's my first time trying out Photoshop today and I found this tutorial on engraving and blending text with pictures. It was pretty cool for a little project. I made my Kruger signature using that project which turned out alright but I don't completely like it. What do you think?

E-mail uses POP and SMTP to recieve and transmit e-mail.

i know, i wondering if he offered it so i can use a mail client or was the address web-based, sorry i should of made myself more clear. usually i'm careful about that kind of thing, must been the middle of the night when i posted it.

Well the web-based ones use it as well, it's just all within their networks so you don't see it.  Your hotmail account has a pop address, they just don't want you to know it so you use their website and their advertisers are happy.

ah so there is a way to bypass all that nonsense without paying or am i just jumping the gun. although i may know the pop and smtp address i would still have to have permission to use them right? god that is so jacked. oh well guess if i owned a web-based email company i would do the same, can't blame bill, he's a smart business man. ran that pimp game in a whole new direction. it's no longer like me give me money it's i got you cornered fool... just give you cash and get on.

well i don't know, he is the one with the money in his pocket. i heard a long long long time ago as a joke i think that bill bought windows 3.1 off someone or was it dos? i'm can't remember but i think it was windows 3.1 do you remember 3.1 and dos. those were the days. i still use it to a extent. old games and what not. i just put them on cd-r a couple of months ago in my room somewhere under my junk.

i play commander keen alot, i beat it over and over i never get tired of it, i also play heretic, descent and quake 1 but that's on the 486. i'm about to quit need to focus on new stuff learning graphics and webdesigning.
