anywhere else you can buy at age 18
alchyhol is 21

you can however smoke at any age its the buying thing thats illegal up to that age

Reminds me of when me and a few friends were walking down one of the guy's street around 1am.  We were just walking around and talking, nothing really.  Then a cop pulls up and makes use stand against a wall as he yells at us "YOU GOT WEED?!  YOU GOT WEED?!"  I couldnt help but laugh, but I dont think he noticed.  He was too busy checking the lining of one of my friend's jacket.  A pack of ciggarettes fell out of his jacket, and the cop simply just put it into his own pocket.

We got some real hardass cops, especially the unrelenting female cops.  Jeebus... 1 mph over the speed limit and you get a ticket.

They won't issue you a ticket for 1 mph.  If they did, just ask the judge to throw the case out of the court because that is a waste of time and money.

No, because they technically can't stop you unless you are at least 5mph over..

Because the speedometers aren't asbolutly accurate, and neither are the speed guns.

Hmm, I found that out last night while watching JAG lol.

The police woman caught my dad for speeding when he was going like around 1 mph above the speed limit.  They are unrelenting, and never give u a break.


Hmm, I always wondered where hermaphadites got jobs lol.

darwin be realistic, you can't get busted for speeding for 1mph but he couldn't of gotten busted for going to slow. matter of fact if i was the cop i'll pull him over too, slowing up traffic, that's what's wrong with drivers now, always want to stop and smell the roses but they be on the freeway. slowing everyone else down. i'm going to do a hit and run one day. plan on tweaking my car to pull a panel on my license plate when i click a button inside the car. that way they can't id me. once i'm gone, hit the button again and boom... license plate reappears. smooth ain't it.  8)

maybe so but then there would properly be only about 4 people on here talking then. but that is nearly a estimate, no offense to anyone who thinks i am saying they are dumbing. just giving a ball park figure. kenshin are you a genius, the smartest one on the forum? or are you just the average young adult?

errrr ide have to say the average iq around here is about 120-130 atleast (when were having a intelligent discussion that is..)

everyone seems to have a strong point in something... (don't ask what my strong point is.... pissing people off? :P but i doubt im the smartest on the forum

and it was merely a joke.. not a suggestion... iq tests mean nothing... it doesn't factor in enough variables... such as sleeping time... health.... etc...

i know what you mean. personally how i rate some intellects is in the speech how someone talks about something. in this case their words. i can see you got a head on that shoulders of yours and it's not just filled with hot air like some people i know (real life, not the forums). i agree with the iq test, i've been telling people for the longest but hey no one at school will listen to me. but hey the minute i say somthing unusal, I'm am called crazy or lunatic or a gothic, stuff like that. it's society that's what it is. most of the population doesn't even go by how smart you are. good example are hackers. hackers have the worst style of dress according to societies code but who has the smarts to break their systems and get in and out without being caught and who are they turning to to help them now. us. oh yeah we are changing america. but who cares i'm in it for the money. good point you make kenshin, so what do you want for your birthday, 512 memory chip or something?
