Paste the address of the picture, then highlight it and click on the image button.

You get someplace to host it.  I have my ISP's host it.  You can get picturetrail to host it.  After that, right click it, click properties, and highlight its location (http://blahblahblah.jpeg).  In these forums, click Img, paste it in, then press /Img.  And its there!

Picturetrail changes all pictures to JPEG format, anyway, no matter what they're uploaded as.

Yeah, but that conversion is after you upload them.  I never realized why it took so long for it to take a bitmap until i realized how big they are.
