Yeah, my friend barely scratched his Vice City CD also, and he cant get but 30 seconds into the game before it crashes.

I dont think the PSX will be a big thing.  It will probably sell a little less than the gamecube did.

Gah, I can't beat those motorcycle guys in a race (only tried once though), do that GDP security thing, where you have to get that bar to pay for "protetion" or whatever, and those are theo nly missions available to me, cept for that voodoo lady and the phone booth, which im not really bothering with right now

For the bike race, the guys you're racing start out fast, but they keep on wiping out near the end...
And for the security thing, just use a sniper rifle to pick off the guards.

I got my xbox mod chip for christmas (i think it was the executor or someting) and I got xbox linux running on it.  Only thing is, i have played with debian for xbox for like an hour.  I have no real use for it lol.  Plus, it takes like 40 boots for it to recognice the CD-RW disk...

Xbox is slowly becoming a media center.  Today, I actually got to play Halo online via the xbox tunnel, and it was so cool.  Barely any lag at all.  Only problem was that I got raped, since I havent played in a long time.  I also played wolfenstein on xbox live.  Very fun singing the skeletor song over the mic and getting banned by 12 year olds.


Um, doesn't xbox live permaban you after detecting hardware changes?

yeah i watched that techtv show about the xbox hacking, it was very informative. although i don't have the cuts to try it myself for the simple fact i don't have a xbox which is on my wishlist to get one day. i admire the people who spend their days working around the security to open up new doors and discover things that the designer had no clue that could be done or discovered. properly why i admire hackers so much, white, gray, and even black. the dedication to get a objective done. so wish i could be like that.

daywalker what system are you referring to and by the way i like your avatar. i need to get one myself to make it easier to see where i last posted at when i'm scanning the threads.

Yes, Xbox live does give you a permaban if you try to get on xbox live with your mod chip ON.  But, newer mod chips come with an on/off switch.  Unfortunately, I dont have one, but I hope I can figure out how to set one up someday.  RTCW is too much fun on xbox live!
