secret.  the only thing i can see from that code that might be missing would be a mounting function.

function BackSword::onMount(%player, %slot) { // mounting code }

i dunno which is which anymore, to find out, just go in and change 1 number and see what happens to the weapon (which way it shifted) and just write it down for future reference.

When you host the server, check the console for any errors..

It may say syntax error or something that will obviously tell you something is wrong..
