well, here is my 2 cents in all this BS.  what you peope don't realize is that in the end, a badge is NOT even close to comparable for losing a god.  people spent years trying to get to god, and then when they do, they lose everything, a badge or some other item is in no way even worth having unless it gives you like 2 remorts for every 1 you do.  giving someone some stupid item is like saying "here ya go, you just got cleared, here is an extra 10 coins."  get the picture?

Sure, gods probably do feel a bit of resentment over losing all of their time, but face it. If all they want is a strong character to have whenever they want to dick around, then we don't want them here. If they are interested in TribesRPG, then they'll stay.
