And he was bragging how he stole credit cards and such.  If he continues, Particle will have to get ahold of his ISP and ask for the username that he logs in and pursue legal action.

Gotta love SBC with their 6Mbps tier for 45$
(Yes, on their site it only shows 3Mbps, but it is actually 6Mbps, I would know :)).
