1.40 Mouse lag

i downloaded Tribes 1.40.655 HQ and it has horrible mouse lag:-X

so i turned off vsync and mouse smoothing but this horrible smoothing isn't solved!!!!
and i can't find out any information about it on googIe!!

god plz help me

What about turning up mouse sensitivity in the Options in your Tribes 1.40?

Why are you using 1.4? What's wrong with 1.11?

ummm just 1.40 is good for Base .. it has many functions for Base mod.
but i hate mouse lag... its not slow but, smooth as hell!!

The 1.40 client is actually pretty nice, it runs tribes a ton better and looks better too. It *would* have been really nice if they finished it, but its somewhat broken. Also the 1.40 server is way less stable than 1.11..
